Panoramic Pools have vast experience in working with existing swimming pools and should you have a loose tile band, unsettled coping stones, a cracked tile band or simply loose tiles we are able to visit and ensure a full repair. 

We believe that by fixing the initial root of the problem is more cost effective in the long term and can advise accordingly. 

 

Swimming tile bands can have different reasons for failing or breaking down. The most common faults are frost damage due to harsh winters and failed top levelling courses which are from the original swimming pool construction used to level the top of the walls of the pool for coping stones and tiling. This is quite often layered on top of the main structure of the pool and quite often fails over time.

Tile band replacement is far from a kitchen splashback or a wet room overhaul. Tile band is subject to very harsh environments and as such replacement requires careful attendance by trained experienced operatives. At Panoramic Pools the preparation stage is where we gather information about how and why the existing tiled section may have failed after all we want to ensure it lasts for many years to come.
